EU AI Token provides access to an API gateway that may route requests to different upstream AI model providers. Model availability, pricing, latency, and output quality may vary.
You must not use the service for illegal, abusive, harmful, or rights-infringing activity, including credential abuse, automated account creation, spam, malware, fraud, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential. Usage made with your API keys may be charged to your account balance.
Requests may be processed by third-party model providers. Their own terms, safety systems, availability, and data handling practices may apply.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis during early operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse prevention, upstream failures, payment issues, or legal reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
