Refund Policy

Prepaid Balance

EU AI Token uses a prepaid balance model. Token usage is deducted from the account balance based on actual usage and current pricing.

Refund Requests

Refunds may be reviewed case by case for unused balance, mistaken top-ups, duplicate payments, or service errors. We may refuse refunds where balance has already been consumed or where abuse, fraud, or chargeback risk is detected.

Processing

To request a refund, contact the administrator with your account identifier, payment record, amount, and reason. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where possible.

Disputes

Please contact support before initiating a payment dispute. Accounts involved in unresolved disputes may be suspended to prevent further usage.
