EU AI Token provides an API gateway and related account, billing, and usage management services. This policy explains what information we process and why.

Information We Process

Account information, such as username, email address, account status, and balance.
Usage metadata, such as request time, model name, token usage, cost, status code, and API key identifier.
Payment and top-up records needed to process balance changes and support requests.
Security logs, such as IP address, login events, rate-limit events, and abuse signals.

Prompt and Response Content

By default, we do not intentionally store prompt or response content for product analytics. Requests are forwarded to selected upstream model providers. Those providers may process request content under their own terms and privacy policies.

International Transfers

Depending on the selected model or provider, requests may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Do not submit personal data, sensitive data, or confidential business information unless you have assessed the selected provider and processing location.

Retention

We retain account, billing, and usage metadata for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to legal, security, and accounting retention requirements.
